Data Deletion Policy

At SellQuic, we respect your right to control your personal data. You may request the deletion of your data at any time. This policy explains how to make a data deletion request and what data will be removed.

Option A: Self-Service (Recommended)

• Log into your SellQuic dashboard.
• Navigate to Settings and disconnect Instagram and/or WhatsApp. This immediately revokes access tokens and stops all data collection.
• To delete your entire account and all associated data, go to Account Settings and select Delete Account.

Option B: Email Request

Send an email to hello@sellquic.com with:

• Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
• Your registered email address or Instagram/WhatsApp business account identifier.
• Whether you want a partial deletion (specific platform data only) or full account deletion.

Option C: Meta-Initiated Request (Instagram)

If you initiate a data deletion request through Instagram or Meta's platform, SellQuic will receive the request via our registered Data Deletion Request URL. We will process the request and provide a confirmation code that you can use to track the status of your request.

Upon a verified deletion request, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Instagram access tokens, account IDs, and username data.
• WhatsApp access tokens, phone number IDs, and business account data.
• All stored conversation and message data.
• Product data imported from Instagram.
• For full account deletion: all store data, product listings, customer data, and account information.

• Self-service disconnection: immediate (tokens revoked instantly).
• Email requests: processed within 14 business days.
• Full account deletion: all data permanently removed within 30 days.
• You will receive an email confirmation once deletion is complete.

In limited circumstances, we may retain certain data after deletion where required by law, for fraud prevention, to resolve disputes, or to enforce our Terms and Conditions. Any retained data will be kept securely and used only for these specific purposes.
