2.1 Account Information

  • Full name, email address, and phone number provided during registration.
  • Business name, store name, and product listings.
  • Payment and subscription preferences.

2.2 Instagram Data

  • Your Instagram username, profile name, and account ID.
  • Instagram access tokens (stored securely and encrypted) to maintain the connection.
  • Direct messages sent to your business account, solely for the purpose of generating automated AI-powered replies on your behalf.
  • Instagram media posts (images, captions, and metadata) when you use the product import feature.
  • Comments on your posts, when comment management features are enabled.

2.3 WhatsApp Data

  • Your WhatsApp Business Account ID and phone number.
  • WhatsApp access tokens (stored securely) to send and receive messages.
  • Messages exchanged between your business and customers for AI-powered automated responses.

2.4 Technical Data

  • Device type, browser, operating system, and IP address.
  • Usage analytics and interaction data to improve our platform.
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 8).

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To create and manage your account and online store.
  • To provide AI-powered automated messaging on Instagram and WhatsApp, including product recommendations, pricing information, and checkout links.
  • To enable product import from Instagram posts using AI-generated descriptions.
  • To facilitate communication between sellers and buyers.
  • To improve our platform's functionality, performance, and user experience.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

  • With Meta Platforms, Inc. (Instagram and WhatsApp APIs) to provide messaging and content features.
  • With payment processors (Hubtel, Paystack) to process transactions securely.

  • With AI service providers (Google Gemini API) to generate automated responses and product descriptions.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to provide our services or comply with legal obligations:

  • Account data is retained while your account is active.
  • Instagram and WhatsApp access tokens are retained while the connection is active and deleted when you disconnect.
  • Message conversation data is retained for up to 90 days for service quality purposes, then automatically purged.
  • Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
